The Retreat Hotel & Convention Centre, Mumbai

The resort offers a tranquil escape, perfect for relaxation while being away from the hustle of the city. My room was nice but needed some maintenance, and the view was okay. The dining options were decent, and the staff, especially Ms. Disha, were incredibly helpful. However, the service at the restaurant was a bit slow, and the lack of variety in food choices left something to be desired.

My recent stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the large rooms offered a good amount of space, they were not soundproof, and I found dirty bedsheets which was disappointing. The dining experience could use improvement, especially with the smell of dried fish affecting the atmosphere. However, the pool area was spacious and looked nice for family activities. Overall, it was an average experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
